Scott Spector, Board Director

Scott Spector is a Principal and Co-founder of Kodiak Properties, L.L.C., a firm specializing in the acquisition of retail centers for investment throughout the Mid-Atlantic region founded in 1994. Mr. Spector is also the Principal and Founder of SPMC Urban Properties, LLC, a firm founded in 2012 specializing in the acquisition and development of mixed-use urban infill properties in Washington, DC. Mr. Spector’s professional engagements include membership in the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA).

Additionally, Mr. Spector is active in local charities in Jackson and Washington, DC. Currently, Mr. Spector serves on the Board of Directors of Coombs Outdoors Iin Jackson Hole.  In Washington, DC, Mr. Spector is on the Board of the Meridian International Center.  Formerly, Mr. Spector served on the Board of Miriam’s Kitchen, an organization dedicated to ending chronic homelessness in Washington, DC.

Mr. Spector spends part of the year in Jackson where he has been visiting for more than 25 years with his family.

He is a graduate of Cornell University.
