
Sharon Felzer, President
Sharon Felzer co-founded the Jackson Hole Book Festival with Kathleen Brown in 2023, launching the first ever Book Festival in Jackson. She now leads the Festival in collaboration with a dynamic Board and partners across the Teton Valley.
In the global development and multi-lateral arena, Sharon is recognized for her expertise at firmly placing public opinion data at the center of strategy, decision-making, problem-solving, and communications. Sharon spent most of her career at the World Bank. After leaving the institution in 2022, Sharon launched SF Insights + Strategy to advise clients with a range of strategic initiatives and purpose driven facilitation to achieve sustainable changed.
Prior to her decades in international development, Sharon worked in the private sector and the media.
Sharon spends most of her days in Wilson with her husband Alan Winters while her two grown daughters and son-in-law visit as often as possible! Sharon sits on the KHOL Board. She is an avid runner, biker, hiker, and a very frequent visitor to the three wonderful, independent bookstores in Jackson.
