Kenneth Lay

Kenneth Lay is a lawyer, financier and conservationist, currently a Senior Managing Director of RockCreek, a Washington DC-based asset management firm. He also works in various capacities on international climate-finance initiatives, as well as serving on the Investment Funds Committee advising the Wyoming State Treasurer’s Office on management of the State’s sovereign wealth funds. Since 1993 he has supervised his family’s hay and cattle operation in Wyoming’s Northern Laramie Range.
